The Range Rover Sport P400e should improve the British manufacturer\u2019s reputation with its hybrid plug-in engine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/luxurycarmagazine.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Range-Rover-Sport-P400e-2019-8.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4585 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/luxurycarmagazine.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Range-Rover-Sport-P400e-2019-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"643\" height=\"394\" srcset=\"http:\/\/luxurycarmagazine.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Range-Rover-Sport-P400e-2019-8.jpg 643w, http:\/\/luxurycarmagazine.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Range-Rover-Sport-P400e-2019-8-300x184.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 643px) 100vw, 643px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Combining a 2.0-liter, 300-horsepower four-cylinder engine with an 85 kW electric motor, the new Range Rover Sport P400e\u2019s plug-in hybrid engine will produce a total of 404 horsepower with 472 pound-feet of torque.<\/p>\n<p>With your foot to the ground, the &#8220;green&#8221; Range will be able to reach 100 km\/h in 6.7 seconds while the top speed, a completely useless data in Canada, is set at 220 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>The Range Rover Sport P400e will be able to travel about 50 kilometers in 100% electric mode with a battery of 13.1 kWh, and its average consumption will be 2.8 liters per 100 kilometers according to Land rover.<\/p>\n<p>A 7 kW charger will recharge the battery in less than three hours with a 240-volt outlet while a 120-volt outlet will recharge the battery in 7.5 hours. Despite its eco-friendliness, Land Rover says the Range Rover Sport 400e will be just as capable as its brothers in off-road driving.<\/p>\n<p>The price has not been announced, but we are expecting the Range Rover Sport 400e in 2019.<\/p>\n<div id=\"new-royalslider-1\" class=\"royalSlider new-royalslider-1 rsUni rs-image-gallery\" style=\"width:100%;height:400px;;\">\n<div class=\"rsContent\">\n
