Of course, all this is subject to different conditions, but overall this amounts to a generous offer that should make TDI owners quite happy.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement with the Canadian courts concerns the following models:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Audi A3 &#8211; 2010 to 2013, 2015<\/li>\n<li>Volkswagen Beetle &#8211; 2013 to 2015<\/li>\n<li>Volkswagen Jetta &#8211; 2009 to 2015<\/li>\n<li>Volkswagen Jetta Wagon &#8211; 2009<\/li>\n<li>Volkswagen Golf &#8211; 2010 to 2013, 2015<\/li>\n<li>Volkswagen Golf Wagon &#8211; 2010 to 2014<\/li>\n<li>Volkswagen Golf Sportwagon &#8211; 2015<\/li>\n<li>Volkswagen Passat &#8211; 2012 to 2015<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is no deal as of yet for 3.0-liter TDI V6 engine owners.<\/p>\n<p>It is expected that the majority of affected owners will choose the buyback option. They will then receive the wholesale value established by the Canadian Black Book as of September 18, 2015.
